Ergonomic Problem Input Dan Output

Ergonomic Problem

The design of the keyboard is simply empirically that the operator can work and avoid typing difficulties in mechanical systems. The results of this model is the keyboard design is not suitable loading (uneven). People who are not used going to assume that the layout of the keyboard was difficult to type because the location of the alphabet is random and irregular. Layout is not able to optimize the performance of the ten fingers of human labor. So it is less ergonomic keyboard.

Working for long hours usually results in back problems. Back ergonomic computer chair should be wide enough to allow the user to position comfortably. Ergonomic computer chair usually supports the natural curve of the spine and most of them have some adjustment for that purpose.
Working at the computer has become routine for us. Many of us spend long hours in front of the computer. When seated, hips, hands, or nearly the whole body would ache. One reason is probably our sitting position is not ergonomic. Here's how to order a sitting position when working at the computer more ergonomic and comfortable, so free of hip pain and other pain:
1.         Use a chair with legs a lot, such as five-legged. This serves to maintain the stability of the stand and balance the body.
2.         Make sure the seat is above the carpet or mat is not slippery so as not to shift
3.         Besides using the five-legged chair, you should use a seat that can rotate so that your job will be easier.
4.         Choose a chair that can also be set high and low. This is of course to be flexible with the height of the body of users.
5.         Use a chair that also has a backrest in the back so it can support your back properly, if no you should use a pillow.
6.         Use a large monitor.
7.         Set as comfortable as possible resolution of your monitor so it is not tiring the eyes.
8.         Make sure your high tables and chairs according to your height.

Output
Output device. Output device is a computer equipment which is used to view the instruction is being done by computer and to view the results of computer data processing. Output or results of data processing can be either text, image or picture, sound, and forms that can be read by a machine (machine readable form). And the output or result of data processing in the form of hard-copy (in print to paper), soft-copy (displayed to the monitor), and the drive (in the store into a Compact Disk).Monitor, is the screen on which words, numbers, and graphics can be seem.  The monitor is the most common output device.

  • Compact Disk, some compact disks can be used to put information on.  This is called burning information to a CD
  • Infocus is an output device that has the same function with the monitor. The difference, infocus media receiver requires signals emitted infocus, media receiver should have a flat surface and white (light). Examples of media that is commonly used white walls, whiteboards, or cloth / white screen is stretched.

  • Floppy Disk, is used to record information on.  The information is stored on the floppy disk and can be used later or used on another computer.
  • Headphones, give sound output from the computer.  They are similar to speakers, except they are worn on the ears so only one person can hear the output at a time.
  •  Projector, an output device that can take the display of a computer screen and project a large version of it onto a flat surface
  • Plotter, is a type of printer that designed specifically to produce computer output in the form of pictures or graphics.
